Why should I choose professional pressure washing over DIY?

While DIY pressure washing may seem like a cost-effective option, professional pressure washing offers several advantages. Professionals have the expertise, experience, and specialized equipment to deliver superior results without causing damage to surfaces. They can also use professional-grade cleaning solutions tailored to specific needs. Additionally, hiring professionals saves you time and effort, ensuring a thorough and efficient cleaning process

Is pressure washing safe for all surfaces?

Pressure washing is generally safe for most surfaces when performed by trained professionals. However, certain delicate surfaces, such as softwoods, certain types of roofing materials, and fragile or damaged surfaces, may require special care or alternative cleaning methods. Our team assesses the surface material and condition before determining the appropriate pressure washing technique and pressure level to ensure safe and effective cleaning.

Are your cleaning solutions eco-friendly?

Yes! We prioritize environmental responsibility and use eco-friendly cleaning solutions whenever possible. These solutions are safe for the surfaces being cleaned and have minimal impact on the surrounding ecosystem. We are committed to using environmentally-friendly practices to deliver excellent results while reducing our carbon footprint.

How often should I have my property pressure washed?

The frequency of pressure washing depends on several factors, including the type of surface, its exposure to dirt and elements, and your personal preference. Generally, it is recommended to have your property pressure washed annually or biannually to maintain its cleanliness and appearance. However, high-traffic areas or surfaces prone to rapid dirt accumulation may require more frequent cleaning.

Can pressure washing remove all stains?

Pressure washing is highly effective in removing many types of stains, including dirt, grime, mold, mildew, and algae. However, some stubborn stains, such as rust, oil, or deep-set discoloration, may require additional treatment or specialized cleaning methods. Our team will assess the stains on your surfaces and provide recommendations on the best approach for effective stain removal.

Do I need to be present during the pressure washing service?

It is not necessary for you to be present during the pressure washing service, but we do recommend being available for any initial consultation or walkthrough. Our team can discuss your specific requirements and address any concerns you may have. If you cannot be present, we can coordinate with you to access the necessary areas and provide updates on the progress of the cleaning

Is your company insured?

Yes, we are fully insured. We prioritize the safety of our customers, our employees, and their property. Our insurance coverage provides protection and peace of mind in the unlikely event of any unforeseen incidents or damages during the pressure washing process.

Do I need to remove my outdoor furniture or anything that might be in your way?

Yes! You are responsible for preparing your home before we get there. This included closing all windows, doors, garage doors as well as moving furniture away from and off  of all surfaces you are having cleaned. If you are physically unable to, we will do it for you free of charge, you’ll just need to sign a liability waiver. If you are physically capable but chose not to move your furniture, there will be a $150 additional fee added to your bill. This is to ensure we are not being utilized as free movers!

Do you have a minimum charge for smaller jobs?

I’m glad you asked! Yes we do. In an effort to cover the cost of chemicals, equipment and the time it takes to travel, set up, clean and tear down, we have instituted a minimum cost of $250 for our house washing service. If you would like to see the minimum service charge for all other services, check out the “Pricing” page on this site.
